That said, we evaluate each item individually. A well-maintained tool from a lesser-known brand can still be worth bringing in.

It’s straightforward. Bring your tools in, we’ll look them over, test what we can, and give you an honest evaluation on the spot. If the offer works for you, you walk out with cash. If not, no hard feelings — there’s no obligation.

Pawn or Sell — Your Call

You have two options when you bring in power tools:

Pawn: You take a short-term loan using your tools as collateral and keep the right to get them back once the loan is repaid. If those tools matter to you — and you just need to get through a rough patch — this is usually the better route.

Sell: If you’ve decided you don’t need the tools anymore, we’ll make you a straight cash offer.

Most people who still use their tools regularly choose to pawn rather than sell. It keeps the door open to getting them back.

Loan Terms

Our pawn loans run for 90 days. You can pay the balance off all at once or make payments throughout that period. If you pay it off before day 60, you’ll get a redemption discount that reduces the total amount due — no extra fees for paying early.

If you get close to the 90-day mark and realize you need more time, reach out before the deadline. We can often extend the loan for another 90 days by paying just the interest that’s accrued, so you don’t lose your tools over a timing issue.
